Good product - once you get it set up by Cecilia CaseIt's not so much that it is difficult to set up, just incredible time consuming. The wizard format of the software is HORRIBLE. Logitech do you hear me? Do some freaking Usability Testing already.
That said, once you go through the two days of fiddling with it, it works like a charm, easy peasy. Occasionally it won't turn everything on correctly, but pressing help always... helps. I would say I have a medium complex system, and I didn't have to do much manual setup, except with my XBMC media server. But even that works great now.
